I had the most relaxing and beneficial manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) and Swedish massage by Levi. He really knows his craft. If interested he is willing to explain what he’s doing, how it affects your body and the benefits of it. Of course, if you’d prefer a quiet, more relaxing massage to give your mind a break… he can do that too! Levi’s technique is great. I could tell he was able to work the fluid to other parts of my body to help my lymphatic system manage it. I also felt very relaxed after he worked my tense muscles and the knots out of my neck and upper back. He’s amazing!
